Ken Kaebisch Bio:

Ken Kaebisch was employed by the City of Racine Police Department for 25 years. Ken had been a patrol officer for three years and was promoted to Traffic Investigator. As a Traffic Investigator, Ken's duties included investigating fatalities, serious injury accidents, property damage accidents, hit and run investigations, city vehicle accidents, plus traffic offenses and enforcement.

Ken was an evidence technician, trained by the Department of Justice, laser operator and instructor, intoxilyzer operator and a radiological defense officer. During his tenure he also instructed police in-service classes for accident reporting and investigation and for motor vehicle traffic law.

Ken holds degrees in Applied Science - Police Science, and in Aeronautics Pilot Training. He successfully completed classes at the Northwestern University Traffic Institute, from Traffic Investigation through Traffic Reconstruction.  He has taught at Gateway Technical College, and for the Racine Police Department, in Traffic Theory and Criminal Investigation Theory. Ken's training and experience render him an exceptionally well qualified expert in court, with the District Attorney's Office and with defense attorneys.
